Trademarks & Licensing
Every logo on this site belongs to someone else. This page explains what that means for you and for us.
We do not own these marks
All trademarks, logos, brand names and product names shown on imglogo are the property of their respective owners. imglogo is an independent reference library. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise connected to any of the brands listed.
Displaying a mark to identify the company it belongs to is nominative use. It does not transfer any right in the mark, and nothing on this site should be read as permission to use a mark as your own.
What the licence line on a page means
Where a logo comes from Wikimedia Commons we reproduce the licence exactly as Commons records it. Read it carefully: many brand logos are marked "public domain" because the design is too simple to attract copyright, while the mark itself remains a registered trademark. That settles copying, not commercial use.
Files marked identification only may be used to refer to the company — in an article, a slide, a comparison table, a directory. They may not be used as your own branding, on merchandise, or in a way that suggests affiliation or endorsement.
Files marked redistributable carry a licence that permits reuse of the file itself. The trademark still belongs to its owner.
If you are a rights holder
If you own a mark shown here and want a file corrected, replaced with your current official version, or removed, contact us and we will act on it. We would rather host your current logo than an outdated copy, so an official file is always welcome.
Include the URL of the page, the file in question, and confirmation that you are authorised to act for the rights holder.
Accuracy
Logos change. A file here may be a previous version of a mark. Where we can date a logo we do; where we cannot, treat the brand's own press or brand-guidelines page as authoritative — we link to the official website on every brand page where we have one.
